Endoscopy in Ophthalmology: The Latest News and Some History
Every once in a while, I notice an item in the ophthalmic press and realize that I know about that product, technology, or company, having written about it in my previous life as an ophthalmic journalist. In many cases, I was one of the first to write about it.
That is what occurred in this case. I saw a brief in Ocular Surgery News about new improved micro-endoscopes being introduced by Endo Optiks and realized that I knew this company and its products, having been one of the first to write about it back in 1992.
Here, then, is the latest news about ground-breaking improved products being brought forth by the company in the field of endoscopy in ophthalmics, along with an historic article that I wrote about the company and its products when they were first introduced back in 1992.
